One of the best places to come meet God and experience the glory of his covenant is the Sunday Mass. Gathered amongst our brothers and sisters, we are nourished and reminded of the salvation God has given us through His son Jesus Christ. But Jesus Christ remained steadfast in his mission with the accompaniment of Mother Mary, the Apostles, his disciples, and many others to tagged along with him through his journey.
As a Lector or an Altar Server, you too can do the same. The Lector shares the word of God each week, while the Altar Server helps prepare the congregation for the feast of the Eucharist. These are rewarding roles, as we get to serve the Lord Jesus Christ, as well as our community, each and every Sunday.

Ushers & Operators

Ushers and Operators help run a smooth and successful mass service or event. If you have a knack for communication and love interacting with others, join us as an Usher! If you would like to hone those skills, then this could be your calling.
Operators control the audio and visual components of CFJ events and mass service, ensuring that the audience remains focused and well-informed, while facilitating the clear delivery of God’s Words of Life.
The roles of CFJ Usher and Operator will help invigorate a sense of proactivity and attention to detail in you that you have yet to uncover.

CFJ Choir has the vision to embrace and encourage people to praise God through music. Song and praise have always been integral elements in the Catholic Church, and CFJ Choir aims to edify God’s Word through our wonderful music and community.
CFJ Choir welcomes singers who are looking for a way to lift God’s glory ever higher through music together.

CFJ Kids aims to educate and empower children with the basic foundations of our Catholic faith. We welcome caring, enthusiastic volunteers in raising the youngest and cutest generation of our Catholic youth!
Our weekly Sunday School program for children aged 3-7 years old is held during the CFJ English Mass at 11:00 AM at Gereja Santa Perawan Maria Ratu.
All children whose parents are attending CFJ English Mass are welcome to join the program!
Children will learn about the Bible and God’s teachings in a fun, engaging, and supervised environment.

CFJ Bible Fellowship

CFJ Bible Fellowship aims to strengthen our Catholic youth community’s faith in Jakarta through fellowship, prayer, understanding the Word of God in the Scriptures, and engaging in praise and worship.
During our weekly Bible Fellowship sessions, we discuss the upcoming Sunday’s gospel, engage in group prayer, praise and worship, and relate the Word of God to our everyday lives. Every month, we also invite a key speaker to share testimonies or teachings in an effort to enlighten our Catholic youth community with the light of God’s love.
We invite everyone to learn the beauty of God’s Word together. We look forward to seeing you at our next Bible Fellowship!

CFJ Praise & Worship aims to use music to shine God’s light and to inspire the church into constant awe and wonder of God, His love, His grace, His eternal beauty, and the fullness of His glory in Jesus.
We are a diverse team of inspired worshipers who are eager to lead the Church in worshiping God.

In life, one of the most vital pillars of strength is a community that can inspire us and help us go through our daily lives. CFJ Events gather and connect the youth through fun activities outside church such as: Thanksgiving dinner, Easter celebration, marathon runs, etc. We also encourage the youth to give back to the less fortunate, sick or homeless by participating in our charity events.
We welcome those who are interested in organizing and/or participating in these activities! We want you to be a part of our CFJ Family and to share and experience the joy of our spirituality and fellowship.
